Physics Education Forum
Friday, April 22, 2022, 01:00pm

For this meeting of the forum, we will reflect and discuss how we work to infuse equity, diversity, and inclusion into our courses. In preparation for this discussion, I encourage you to check out this short paper from The Physics Teacher, where authors describe two practices to bringing these topics in to their classrooms. This paper is attached below.

· Baylor, Martha-Elizabeth, Jessica R. Hoehn, and Noah Finkelstein. "Infusing equity, diversity, and inclusion throughout our physics curriculum:(Re) defining what it means to be a physicist." The Physics Teacher 60.3 (2022): 172-175. 5.0032998.pdf

The Physics Education Forum is open to all, and may be particularly interesting to those in physics, astronomy, and STEM Education. Feel free to forward this information to anyone you think would like to join us!
