Transitioning from Academic Fusion Research to the Private Fusion World

Dr. Cerfon, a Physics PhD from MIT, left a tenured faculty position at NYU to pursue the magnetic confinement fusion concept of the "stellarator" with his company.  He will explain why, and encourage interested aspiring Physics PhDs to join him.
