"B anomalies"

Abstract: Perhaps the most interesting hints of new physics at the LHC are a number of discrepancies seen between data and Standard Model predictions for certain meson decays with leptons. A recent (Oct 18) seminar from LHCb has added additional information on one of these anomalies in semileptonic B decays. I will discuss this result and the experimental status of these anomalies.
