"2d electron-hole fluids in quantum hall regime"
Abstract: Electrons and holes are most common excitations in semiconductors and in help of Coulomb interaction they can form excitions. But how will this well-know phenomenon behave in present of a significant magnetic field? In this presentation, I will show my results from Hartree-Fock calculation about the 2D electron-hole fluids' behavior under a strong and weak B field and how the filling factor can affect it.
