"Baryogenesis from an Early Phase of QCD Confinement"

Abstract: I will explore the possibility that at early cosmological times the strong force underwent an exotic period of confinement. In addition to discussing how to implement such a phenomenon, and describe the Universe during that period, I will show that this (re-)opens a novel mechanism which could explain the baryon asymmetry observed in the Universe.
