Research Interests 

Theoretical particle physics; structure of hadrons; phenomenology in high-energy collision phenomena; laser-plasma physics; acoustic agglomeration.

Dr. Chiu did his doctoral work in high energy experimental physics. After he completed his dissertation he joined the theory group at Lawrence Radiation to pursue his research work in particle physics phenomenology. Dr. Chiu has published over 140 journal papers and several review articles.
